You can delete your Cremsen Player Account at any time. If you change your mind, you might not be able to recover it after a certain amount of time.

Step 1: Learn what deleting your Cremsen Player subscription means
If your Cremsen Player subscription is removed, you will lose all the data and content in that account, like files uploaded in the content library, layouts created or published, schedules created, display registrations, etc.
You will not be able to use any Cremsen Player services like Centryx, Cremsen DMA, or the Cremsen Display App.
You will lose access to the Cremsen Player subscriptions and add-ons, upgrades, or any content purchased against this account.

Step 2: Learn what deleting a user account at Cremsen Player means
If you delete your user account created against any Cremsen Player subscription then that would not affect any content stored against that account, like files uploaded in the content library, layouts created or published, schedules created, and display registrations, etc.
Only the deleted account will not be able to use any Cremsen Player services like Centryx, or the Cremsen DMA.
If you have more than one account against a Cremsen Player subscription, then deleting one account will not delete the others.
If the Cremsen Player account you wish to delete is a customer admin account then the relevant Cremsen Player subscription will have to be removed. See Step 1 for details.

Step 3: Review your account details before initiating the deletion
Before you request the deletion of your account, we suggest that you log into your Cremsen Player account and review the contents stored against the content library and layouts.

Step 4: Request deletion of your account
The account deletion can be initiated in the following ways:

1. Send a request to info@cremsenplayer.com
2. Log into your Cremsen Player account at https://centryx.cremsenplayer.com and follow these steps:
   • Go to the Support Menu and then the Ticket submenu option.
   • Click on Create Ticket, and provide relevant details. 
   • Save the ticket request.

The request must specify what needs to be done. Once the request is received, the Cremsen Player support may contact back for confirmation.
Once the Cremsen Player support team is satisfied with the request, they will initiate the removal process. 

The removal of the Cremsen Player account takes the following route:

1. Initially the account is disabled.
2. Within 14 days, the contents are logically deleted. However, they may not be recovered. 
3. After 90 days, the contents will be physically removed from the system.

Recover your account
If you change your mind or accidentally get your account deleted, you might be able to recover it within a certain amount of time. Please contact Cremsen Support for further details.
